The RV (photos)

A description of our RV with photos:

We have a 2008 36 foot Montana Mountaineer 345DBQ fifth wheel.  We bought it used and in great condition. It has 4 slideouts, so we have plenty of living space. There are two opposing slides in the girls' bunkroom, one large slide in the living area for the couch and dinette, and another in the master bedroom. We have a full bath in the master bedroom with a garden tub as well as a half bath off the living area with a door to the girls' room as well.

We loved this model when we saw it! I thought I had researched all possible bunkhouse 5th wheels but this escaped me. It had all of our top "wants," i.e. a real oven (not convection), a bathtub, a separate bunk room with an actual door to the girls' room (not a curtain), a door to our room (we need our privacy too, right?), large holding tanks (no one wants to dump everyday), and we really wanted something no longer than 35-36 feet as parking/maneuvering can be tough especially in some national/state parks.

We pull this baby with our 2005 Ford F350 Crew Cab Diesel Truck.

This setup works perfectly for us, but we have already talked about downsizing! Maybe an older conversion van and smaller travel trailer. This would give us more comfortable space while traveling (vs the truck) and would also be affordable. Of course, we still dream of a motor home, especially for traveling, but for now the extra living space and separate rooms are probably more of what we need with the girls being so young.
